Zucchini Casserole made with Bisquick

Title: Zucchini Casserole

Yield: 8 servings
4 c Zucchini; sliced 2 ts Parsley
1 c Bisquick 1/2 ts Salt
4 Eggs; beaten 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 c Cheese; grated 8 oz Mozzerella cheese
1/2 ts Veg. oil

Mix all except Mozzerella cheese well. Place in well-greased 13x9. Top
with either shredded Mozzerella or Mozzerella slices. Bake in 350 oven for
40 minutes.
